Returns Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging (including all manuals, accessories, and protective materials).

Custom-order items (including made-to-order, personalized, or special-order products) cannot be returned or refunded.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee will apply to all eligible returns.

The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Custom-order products (e.g., made-to-measure cabinets, countertops, or personalized items).

Opened or used products (unless defective).

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Refund Process

Request a Return: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate a return and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Ship the Item: Once approved, return the item in its original packaging to the provided address. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Inspection & Refund: Once received, we will inspect the item. If approved, your refund (minus the 20% restocking fee) will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
