Returns Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging (including all manuals, accessories, and protective materials).

  • Custom-order items (including made-to-order, personalized, or special-order products) cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Restocking Fee

  • 20% restocking fee will apply to all eligible returns.

  • The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-order products (e.g., made-to-measure cabinets, countertops, or personalized items).

  • Opened or used products (unless defective).

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

Refund Process

  1. Request a Return: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate a return and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  2. Ship the Item: Once approved, return the item in its original packaging to the provided address. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  3. Inspection & Refund: Once received, we will inspect the item. If approved, your refund (minus the 20% restocking fee) will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
